*You have 15 days from the purchase date to file your exchange in which we will send you a return label via email after paying a $15 shipping fee that will cover the return as-well as the shipping of the new product. 

 *Once the item ships and is attached to a tracking number BEISBOLMXSHOP is no longer liable, and any inquires, or questions would be between the customer and the United States Post Office.

• We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our main carrier for shipping products locally and international. United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers 6 days a week.
• Most USA orders are delivered within 1-10 Business days after shipping out. (not including processing times)

  BEISBOLMXSHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. By shopping with us, you assume the risk of lost or stolen packages. We ship with trackable delivery confirmation on every order. If a package shows as delivered then we would not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
